Send feedbackI was deeply saddened to read about the death of Pat Logue ’81. Back in 1979 she was a junior living in a single on my freshman hall. I was at first very intimidated by her but got to know her when we would jog the mile-plus to the gym (in the cold of February!) at 7 a.m. for pre-season lacrosse training. Her quiet self-assuredness, support of me (a lowly freshman) and her fantastic sense of humor won me over. My freshman roommate, Marika Rosen ’84, Pat’s longtime roommate and BFF during the Brown years, and Peggy Moser ’81 and I all continued our friendship throughout their remaining years at Brown. Pat was brilliant, deeply thoughtful, and riotously funny. I am grateful to have known her and am in awe of all that she accomplished. It is a cruel twist of fate that it was Alzheimers that took such a smart and gifted individual. My heart goes out to her family.
