As a Providence resident, the only turkeys I have observed interfering with traffic on my commute up and back College Hill are Brown students wandering into the middle of Angell and Waterman, seemingly oblivious to oncoming cars or traffic signals. I marvel at the increasingly accomplished incoming classes over the years, and I readily acknowledge that I would unlikely be admitted to Brown today. Nonetheless, I have to say that back in my day we at least knew how to cross the street!
